Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
In a bowl, toss strawberries with sugar, flour (or cornstarch), and lemon juice to make the filling. Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and melted butter until crumbly to make the topping.
Sprinkle topping evenly over strawberries.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
